Monthly memberships

Memberships renew automatically each month on the date you signed up. Cancel any time by emailing hello@chess-masters-academy.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.

Terms and drop-in classes

If you are not happy after the first class of a term, ask within 7 days for a full refund. After that, unused classes can be credited toward a future term.

Missed and canceled classes

If we cancel a class, we will reschedule it or credit your account. Members can make up a missed class in another group the same week when there is space.

Pick-up and behavior

A parent or guardian must drop off and pick up students under 12. We ask students to be kind to opponents, and the coach may contact you about repeated behavior problems.

Photos

We never post photos of students without a parent's written permission.
